WAIVER & AGREEMENT            

I WILL ALWAYS WEAR GOGGLES IN OR NEAR PLAYING FIELD

The undersigned and representatives on behalf of Jokers Wild Paintball Field, Inc hereby enter into this agreement for purposes of the undersigned being able to use the property and equipment of Jokers Wild whereby the cost of the use of such property and equipment has been reduced in the of fifteen dollars in exchange for the undersigned waiving any and all claims for damages or losses suffered by the undersigned, either personal injury or property damage, which may be cause by any act, or failure to act, of Joker’s Wild Paintball Field, Inc. Its owners, officers, agents, or employees. The undersigned does assume the risk of all dangerous conditions in and about the property and equipment and waives any and all specific notice of the existence of such conditions.

I UNDERSTAND THAT:

1. The activities are physically and mentally intense. May require extreme exertion to play and that the possibility of injury to others and myself does exist.

2. The activities can be dangerous if not played in accordance with the stated rules which have been posted for me to read in several locations, and read by referees. 

3. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10 BE ALLOWED PAST THE PRO-SHOP.

4. DO NOT TOUCH LENS, $15.00 CHARGE FOR DAMAGE TO GOGGLES OR LENSES.

5. DO NOT BRING PAINT UNLESS PURCHASED FROM OUR FIELD.

I CONFIRM AND AGREE THAT:

1. I will leave the property controlled by the shareholders of this field if requested by them or any of their representatives without refund of any monies that I may have paid.

2. I will pay any fine imposed by the shareholders or any of the representatives for failing to comply with any rules.

RELEASE:

I hereby release, remise and forever discharge any claims and liabilities whatsoever without limitations that I might have against Jokers Wild Paintball Field, inc. or their personnel hereafter called the Shareholders and property owner,

Indemnifying them against any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, cost expense (including attorney’s fees and expenses), damages and liabilities arising. Connected with or resulting from my playing the game or being on the property. I hereby release the shareholders, Inc., Property Owners, any and all workers from any and all such liability; I understand that this release shall be binding upon my estate, all heirs, my representative and assigns. I waive all rights to sue for any injury that myself or my child may suffer due to negligence.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I confirm that I assume the risk of all dangerous conditions in and about the property and equipment and waive any and all specific notice of the existence of such conditions.

IF I HAVE ANY DOUBTS CONCERNING ANY ASPECT OF THE WAIVER CONTENTS, I WILL CONSULT AN ATTORNEY BEFORE SIGNING.

NO ONE UNDER 10YEARS OF AGE ALLOWED PAST THE PRO-SHOP!
